Using models based on real-life designs.

I have been using dimensions.com for references images for objects such as furniture and structural objects. However, many of the images on that site are of products from companies, which means I had to make modifications to the objects. Does the below image look generic enough for furniture companies to not go after me? Also, can I legally use models of door knob/door handle designs in my games as well?

You're asking a question about legality, so this is moved to the Business and Law forum.
