MDX: DirectDraw overlay sample

I've ported the C++ overlay sample to C#. I've built it with the December SDK, but given that DirectDraw hasn't changed for a long time, you'll probably be able to build it with older SDKs too - especially since it doesn't use the sample framework (which changes often).

C++: Direct3D hooking sample

A sample that demonstrates how to hook Direct3D and inject your own code between Direct3D9 applications and Direct3D9 has been released. You can find the announcement thread here. The sample can be grabbed from: Direct3D-Hook-2005-11-23

C++: DirectDraw overlay sample

A C++ overlay sample has been released. It demonstrates how to use DirectDraw overlays to render content on-top of everything else, including full-screen applications.
