I am not a youtuber, but I have your same problem, a popular youtuber wants moeny to try your game, the more famous, the higher the price, a loophole would be to propose a youtuber to be in your game as an npc or an pivotal character ( ego boost, they live for that )
It will be very difficult. You would have to find an enthusiast on YT. Others won't even look at your game out of pure curiosity, because they want money. Strange times. If you want to achieve something like this yourself stream on Twitch.
