my favorite game was bubble bobble with the two dragons..
man that was a cool game. They remade it for the playstation two.
Also, another of my favorite games was parasol stars (another by namco) it first came out on the gameboy and is mega addictive.
We want more gameplay!!!

I think the entire emulation scene has helped the sale of older games more then harm it. It would seem like it would have the reverse affect.. but there are a lot of cheap games out there, that people can try out first. If its worth buying, then they''ll go to funco land and buy it.
Or maybe I''m just out of the norm, but thats what I do. I hate playing nes games on my pc. Unless its like 20 years old and they are still trying to sell it for 40.00$ .. I mean, come on, dragon warrior isn''t worth that much

My favorite retro game *must* be turrican2 on the cbm64. Amazing graphics and gameplay. The PC definately needs some more 2d parallax-scroll type games these days.
