I'm working on a game framework called tinycoffee (tico), programming in C and Lua, using OpenGL 3.2. The structure is very similar to LÖVE.
The library is in an initial stage, so i don't recommend using for a commercial project. I have plans to create a simple editor, and make smaller editors as modules (tilemap, scene, animation, etc), to be easier to devs create and share their own tools.
