When DX11 can drops data in the render target?

Hi everyone,

Maybe someone know, in what situations DX11 can drop data in the render target. Or it never happens, except when removed device? In D3D9 it was happens when device lost, but what about DX11?

To catch event, when need to update cached data in GPU in the render target.
