Maybe a Facebook user would rather just go on Facebook and then search for the group by its name rather than its 15-digit code. I see that the group's name is Cursos Multimédia online gratuitos. Does that mean the group's posts are not in English?
@jdc , if you're still among us and wondering: “curses” = “maldiciones” or “palabrotas”. Spanish “cursos” are “courses” in English.

Ya, we have a first meeting and people where interested, so i give this concept:
This work is so much specific that you can't find any one to work with you. (Another sub topic is when a worker in a company is doing specific work if he leave no one can replace him).
So there is a need to give free formation, which is something that is not debated at the moment in dev forums.
I can't develop my projects unless i give free formation to people so i though in give something that works for both:
A generic formation if they don't like the project can follow other things. That works for the project's objectives and for their personal objectives.
