I want to write a programming language, sort of. It`s not a programming language in the strict acceptance, more like a data manipulation interface.

Do Intel and AMD provide drivers for Operating Systems (like Windows or Linux) to make possible programming the CPU

I`m also a bit puzzled about the need to use the stack and how/why memory gets flushed
