Currently Israel have a shortage of 18.5 thousands high tech workers and no government budget.
The biggest problem facing the high-tech industry in Israel and in the world is not a shortage of money but a shortage of skilled workforce
Not to mention there is even promising companies building (under construction such as Intel) which would open even more jobs in Israel

I would advise against Israel, if you are looking to work in the games industry.
There are no AAA studios to speak of and only a few successful studios in the social media game scene.
The indie scene is pretty good, but most of the business is in the social casino and ad revenue middleware.
I'm really not sure how easy it would be to acquire working visas for non-Jews. I suspect it's not trivial.
