I need help to understand app design and development

Hello, I am new to this forum and new to apps. I have absolutey no idea what is involved in producing an app but i have what I believe is a good idea for a Board-game type app (like scrabble roughly) and would like to get it developed if possible. Could you please advise what are all the different elements required (coders, graphics etc. etc.etc) Thanks in anticipation

No. Not professional devs.

This, there is no guarantee at all you will get paid. The only people who will work for profit share are usually newer programmers who need experience. Also nobody wants to work on someone elses ideas. Everyone here has at least 1 idea they want to do for a game and if they are gonna work for free its usually on a project of heir own.
