Even if you did manage to license the IP from them there are usually crazy contracts that go with this. You will not have any creative freedom and they would be able to what to cut and what to add to your game.

Such a big company like marvel/disney would also have ways of terminating the contract if your game wasn't up to par with what they believe their IP deserves, meaning you could put months into this game only to have them say no later down the road because they don't like the way you did something.

Revenue shares for IP's don't usually happen unless you can prove that you will make money from it, otherwise they usually have a straight up fee you would have to pay to obtain the license.

I worked at a company where we had a big book of available IP's to us that we would be able to license while we were looking into making some new mobile games, we ended up going with hitch hikers and another IP. I know that some of the fees ranged anywhere from a couple thousand for smaller unknown ones to over a million for very well known ip's.
