Take a look at various other portfolios and see what they are doing. Better yet, there have been numerous topics on here that ask to give feedback on his or her portfolio, check them out, check the feedback and do better yourself!

In general:

- Get (good) hosting + domain name

- Build/buy a website/template/theme where you can showcase your work

- Make sure navigation is clear

- Make sure the information about your games is clear (what it does, what you did, etc)

- Make sure your information is clear (Resume/CV)

- Make sure you are contactable

Just quickly from the top of my head, I'm sure others have more/more specific information, but make sure to check out what others did!
