I've recently started writing college application essays (for the obvious purpose) but have hit a wall with what to write about. Any example topics people have heard/written about would be helpful. Thanks for any help in advance!

I plan to major in computer science, eventually start a company. Sorry for the confusion!

It's kind of hard to advise you since you didn't tell us what you want to major in, why you want to go to that school, what your career aspirations are.

But in general, you should write:
- What your career aspirations are
- How your major will help you
- Why you want to go to that school
- What you've done to get started learning your passion so far
