I use the CDX wrappers.. and it works great. I''m even using them with DX7 (the docs say they are only good with up to v6). I also am using a Doc / View architecture with MFC in a Windowed application and it took me about 30 minuts max to get CDX to attach the DX objects to my view and work in an MFC application. So I am very happy with CDX. Good luck to ya.
