Setting up OpenGL for Borland C++ 5

Hrm, does anyone know how to "properly" set up opengl and glut for Borland C++?
I mean where do you put the libraries, headers etc, and how do you put them together? Do you compile for windows or for dos? etc.

I am new to OpenGL and I need some help.
