I don't remember how, but it was one some site =) hehe. I think it was in the autoexec.bat file.
Doesn't it say in the 3DFX SDK? I'm trying to remember. It was like NoSplash = 1 or something simple like that.
Sorry this message hasn't been much help, but I just can't remember!!

SET FX_GLIDE_NO_SPLASH = 1
In Autoexec.bat and restart your computer!
