Well how about that for a new idea on character aging. Players get old and if you don''t find a new donor for your life knowledge then you shrivel up and die but you "could live forever" if you manage your character well.

I love Game Design and it loves me back.

Genius! Like the Oracle of Aal! (Raymond E. Feist). How come I didn''t think of that... She is the last female of the Aal, the ancient race that was born into the multiverse first. She lives on through taking posession of the mind of others and continues to do so until she finds the body of a recently dead dragon (donated by Pug and Thomas).... Hmmm... But the drawback of taking the mind of another is that most of the time she acts insane! Which really fits in with the Insanity from my "Learning Experience"... It could work well if you had the more times they had to seek another body, the more they lost their mind.

Hmmm... I love having so many intelligent people here that stir my mind... Pity I wasn''t smart enough to think about it (and think... I read the bloody books )... Ahh well, you can''t win em all

One problem, the big bad guy will have to age and die too?!

I have to say that we have stumbled on to something that could be cool. Of course others have thought of it (movies) but, it hasn''t been done in a game

IMM this would be a *neat* way to handle character aging in a MMORPG or a single player RPG...
